Untouchable Jimmy Savile

Author and podcaster Shaun Attwood explains why Jimmy Savile was never brought to justice for his decades of pedophilia activities. Many suspected Savile was mistreating underage girls, but Savile’s stardom rose, and associations led him to the Royal Family. Attwood explores the possibility that the Top of the Pops star was connected to and protected by British Intelligence.

In his six decades of fame, Savile might have victimized 500 children. Savile was also known for his charity work, which appeared to shield his destruction of the innocence. Savile took advantage of children at a hospital and was able to manipulate staff members and blackmail them to keep his dirty deeds covered up.

Attwood reveals that the police were aware of Savile’s sexual tendencies, dating back to the 1960s, and despite mounting accusations and evidence, the BBC continued to turn a blind eye. Why was this prolific serial offender allowed to remain untouchable? Attwood has done the research and reveals how Saville was finally exposed.

The book also brings up his friendship with another pedophile, rock star Gary Glitter. Attwood exams many allegations against Savile, including possible ties to the occult, and using kids for Satanic rituals. Was Savile also obsessed with death and somehow connected to the Yorkshire ripper, Peter Sutcliffe? The author attempts to explain Savile’s bizarre relationship with his mother.

“Untouchable Jimmy Savile” is extremely well researched, and highly recommended.
